The campground in Lauterbrunnen hosts a folk concert every Friday night.  Unfortunately they didn't know that I had experience playing the Alphorn, so I was only able to watch!!

the concert started with a parade of men swinging HUGE cowbells

then a band played and people did traditional folk dances

then a choir with yodelers

then finally the Swiss take on DCI-2 alphorn players with two guys spinning flags of Switzerland.  The alphorn players were very good, but lets just say that the flag spinners aren't quite ready for the Blue Devils.
