Of course we had to make a trip to Gouda to buy some cheese!!!

besides cheese, Gouda is famous for the Janskerk.  The church has beautiful stained glass windows and is one of the largest churches in Holland.  The windows are made of a special type of glass that is known as "Gouda glass" and isn't like anything that we had seen before.  Mom couldn't take pictures inside the church, but we did buy a book about that tells all about the stained glass.
